What is the safety/COVID policy?

We will be following all State and local guidelines regarding masks and vaccinations at this event, which are currently not required. This is subject to change and any updates will be communicated. However, HighLevel always recommends that participants follow CDC guidelines during their travel and at the event.

Are you selling virtual tickets?

No, only in-person tickets are available for this event.

Are session recordings included in my ticket purchase?

Yes, the recordings will be made available following the event. Keep an eye on your email for when the membership course is shared with you!

Will meals be provided with my ticket purchase?

Yes, meals will be provided during the event.

Do you offer 1-Day passes?

No, unfortunately the only tickets available for purchase are for the entire 3-day Mastermind.

Can I give / sell my ticket to someone else if I can no longer attend?

No, tickets are non-transferable. Any individual attempting to gain entry with a ticket not issued in their name will be denied admission.

I purchased a ticket and now I have to cancel. Can I get a refund?

No, unfortunately we cannot offer any refunds. All event ticket sales are final.

Can I bring my child(ren) to the conference?

We are so glad you want your family to experience the event, but unfortunately attendance is limited to individuals over the age of eighteen (18). If your child is over the age of eighteen (18) and did not purchase a ticket in advance, they will be denied entry.

Is there a room block available?

We have set up a room block that is available first come first serve at the Statler for the nights of the event dates. The booking link is available after your ticket purchase. Additionally, there are several neighboring hotels for booking once the Statler block is full.

I am having issues with my hotel reservation. Can HighLevel help?

While we wish we could offer assistance for any issues that may arise, we do not own the hotel or rooming facility and are not responsible for any problems that may occur.

Can I record the conference sessions?

No, we ask that you do not record any of the conference sessions. We have hired professionals to record all sessions and these recordings are included in your ticket purchase. A HighLevel membership course will be shared with you following the event.

Do you offer discounted tickets?

No, tickets are only available at full price.

What should I wear?

Wear what makes you comfortable, and if it has a HighLevel logo on it, all the better!
